Terms of Service

By using DumpWatch, operated by Erbacci Ltd ("we"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service

DumpWatch connects to your Ring camera(s) via the official Ring Partner API to detect illegal dumping and generate evidence packets. It is an evidence and documentation tool — not a security-guarantee or safety device.

2. Eligibility & account linking

You need an active Ring account, at least one supported Ring camera, and a compatible Ring subscription. You authorize DumpWatch read-only access to motion events, device metadata, and snapshots from the cameras you designate. Revoke anytime from the Ring app.

3. Acceptable use

• Use only on property you own or manage.
• You are responsible for complying with local recording, privacy, and evidence laws.
• Do not use DumpWatch to harass, stalk, or surveil specific individuals.
• If you enable plate capture, you confirm it is for your own property/access purposes within your account.

4. Evidence & no warranty of detection

DumpWatch is provided "as is." We do not guarantee detection of every event, accuracy of AI labels, or admissibility of any evidence in legal or administrative proceedings. You are responsible for how you use exported packets.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbacci Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

Disable the integration in the Ring app to stop the service. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

7. Changes & law

We may update these terms with notice for material changes. Governed by the laws of Cyprus.
