By using DumpWatch, operated by Erbacci LLC ("we"), you agree to these terms.
DumpWatch connects to your Ring camera(s) via the official Ring Partner API to detect illegal dumping and generate evidence packets. It is an evidence and documentation tool — not a security-guarantee or safety device.
DumpWatch is a business tool for property owners/managers, available in the United States only. You need an active Ring account, at least one supported wired Ring camera, and a compatible Ring subscription. You authorize DumpWatch read-only access to motion events, device metadata, and snapshots from the cameras you designate. Revoke anytime from the Ring app.
DumpWatch service plans are billed as monthly subscriptions through the Ring Appstore (Amazon's billing system); plan pricing and any free trial are shown at purchase. You can cancel anytime from your Ring/Amazon subscription settings — monitoring stops at the end of the paid period.
DumpWatch is provided "as is." We do not guarantee detection of every event, accuracy of AI labels, or admissibility of any evidence in legal or administrative proceedings. You are responsible for how you use exported packets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbacci LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Disable the integration in the Ring app to stop the service. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms with notice for material changes. Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
