Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 June 2026

By using DumpWatch, operated by Erbacci LLC ("we"), you agree to these terms.

1. Service

DumpWatch connects to your Ring camera(s) via the official Ring Partner API to detect illegal dumping and generate evidence packets. It is an evidence and documentation tool — not a security-guarantee or safety device.

2. Eligibility & account linking

DumpWatch is a business tool for property owners/managers. The Ring App Store, where DumpWatch is installed and where the subscription is managed, is available in the United States; the companion iPhone and Android apps and the web dashboard are available worldwide. You need an active Ring account, at least one supported wired Ring camera, and a compatible Ring subscription. You authorize DumpWatch read-only access to motion events, device metadata, and snapshots from the cameras you designate. Revoke anytime from the Ring app.

DumpWatch service plans are added and managed in the Ring app, and Amazon operates the billing for them. The details of a plan are shown to you in the Ring app at the time you add it. You can change or end a plan at any time from your Ring/Amazon subscription settings — monitoring continues until the end of the current period.

3. Acceptable use

4. Evidence & no warranty of detection

DumpWatch is provided "as is." We do not guarantee detection of every event, accuracy of AI labels, or admissibility of any evidence in legal or administrative proceedings. You are responsible for how you use exported packets.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbacci LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

Disable the integration in the Ring app to stop the service. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

7. Changes & law

We may update these terms with notice for material changes. Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
