Delete your DumpWatch account & data
App: DumpWatch · Developer: Erbacci LLC · Last updated: 28 June 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your DumpWatch account and all associated data.
DumpWatch sign-in is passwordless: you connect an existing Ring account via Ring's official Partner OAuth.
You can delete everything at any time using any of the methods below.
How to delete your account & data
- In the DumpWatch app — open Settings → tap “Delete account & data” → confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
- On the web dashboard — sign in at dumpwatch.erbacciltd.com (passwordless email code) and use “Delete account & data” in the sidebar.
- By unlinking in Ring — remove the DumpWatch integration (or the camera) in the Ring app. That account’s sites, incidents, and stored evidence are purged within 24 hours.
- By email — write to info@erbacciltd.com from your contact address. Requests are honored within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your DumpWatch account record and the linked Ring OAuth access & refresh tokens.
- All of your site configuration (camera/site names, settings, privacy-zone config).
- All incidents and stored evidence: before/during/after snapshots, clip references, motion timestamps, and detected object labels.
- Your optional notification email and push-notification token.
What is kept, and for how long
| Data | Retention after a deletion request |
| Account, site config, Ring tokens, incidents, evidence | Removed within 24 hours. |
| Internal audit record of the deletion request | Kept for compliance only (no images or footage). |
| Any confirmed-incident evidence not yet deleted | Auto-expires 90 days after creation regardless. |
DumpWatch never sells your data, never shares evidence with any agency automatically, and never uses your
images to train AI models. See the full Privacy Policy.
